My relationship with the Bible started years ago when I was only a child and a friend of my father’s gifted the Book to me. Being a kid I put the book in a drawer and only years later – when I started enjoying reading – did I start showing interest in it. And one day I decided I would read the Bible cover-to-cover … and so I did!

I have to admit that it wasn’t easy reading. There were parts that I just skimmed over not truly appreciating the words on the written page. The 4 Gospels written by the Evangelists were, perhaps, the most interesting part of the Bible for me. But that could easily be because, after going to Church every Sunday with my family, reading Jesus’s story helped reinforce what I had listened to in sermons over the years.

As I grew older, got married and had kids, I came to the realization that the Bible holds such incredible wisdom that I could apply to every day life situations. The problem was extracting that wisdom when you need it and converting it into language that is easy for a modern reader to understand. And through this effort I decided to launch several websites, each targeting a different aspect of the Bible, where the wisdom and knowledge from its pages would be accessible to anyone.
